Servicing Specialist | Kloof
- Processing of Service requests and follow ups.
- Management of servicing process from submission to finalisation.
- Quality Checking.
- Handling of escalated queries.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably with either an independent FSP.
- Industry related qualifications an advantage.
- Software – Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional people skills, collaborator.
- Effective, clear communicator – strong verbal and written skills.
- Deadline orientated – meeting of SLA’s.
- Dynamic personality and “can-do” attitude.
- Operationally effective and organised with a strong proficiency with the client and product provider processes and systems.
- Ability to work quickly and accurate execution of tasks.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Handling of adviser queries.
- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
- Building and maintaining adviser relationships from a service perspective.
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the above tasks to both advisers and the client’s staff.
- Monitor and provide ongoing feedback on how your area of responsibility can be refined and improved.
