- Support Wealth Specialists by preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring all deal packs and applications are complete and compliant.
- Manage and track all leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Utilize and maintain the company's CRM package to manage client information.
- Ensure all new business and administrative tasks are compliant with industry regulations.
- A three-year tertiary degree in a finance or commerce-related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with experience in investments, sales, and financial planning.
- A solid understanding of investment and fiduciary services.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong computer literacy and a tech-savvy mindset.trc
