Key Responsibilities:
Core Functions:
1. HR Management and Generalist Functions:
- Oversee all HR-related activities, including payroll, employee relations, and HR process flow.
- Manage HR administration, data management, and reporting, ensuring seamless benefits onboarding and communication with fund managers.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure timely submission to finance for payment.
- Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights.
2. Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational design and restructuring projects.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.
3. Change Management:
- Manage and support change initiatives to align employee development with organizational goals.
- Develop transparent communication plans to guide employees through change processes.
4. Performance Management:
- Design and manage systems to drive individual and team performance.
- Oversee performance reviews, address underperformance, and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage incapacity procedures related to performance or health issues.
5. Training and Upskilling:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to deliver upskilling opportunities.
- Ensure training programs meet industry and regulatory requirements.
6. Employee Engagement and Wellbeing:
- Promote a positive workplace culture by driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously improve the digital employee experience and support wellness initiatives.
