Head of Collective Investments Operations | Centurion
- Responsible for the full Collective investment scheme, product life cycle, operations, client experience, distribution enablement and defining the road map of strategic and
- operational priorities across all business areas.
- Develop the strategy and implementation of the road map items across all areas of the
- Collective Investment scheme.
- Implement appropriate governance and oversight initiatives to ensure effective operations of all responsible areas across the business.
- Develop and implement appropriate tools and forums to drive the effective prioritisation and implementation of all strategic and operational initiatives.
- Lead the prioritization and operational forums and actively participate in all other forums and committees.
- Prepare reports and support feedback to all forums, governance committees and the
- Board on strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Develop and enablement of tools and technology for new business and existing business.
- To represent the company on all industry and market committees and initiatives.
- To build, develop and maintain key strategic partnerships that will foster and sustain a strong company capability in the market.
- Provide authoritative expertise and advice to distribution partners, clients and stakeholders.
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the process of negotiating objective and realistic service level agreements, monitor appropriateness and recommend adjustments.
- Deliver service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed.
- Show care upon every client touchpoint, to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Contribute and make recommendations to improve the overall operating model and operational areas.
- Plan and implement efficiencies and improvements across all areas to drive a more sustainable operating model.

- 7 years’ relevant business experience.
- Experience in enabling collective investments strategy.
- Hons Degree in the relevant area of Commerce.
- MBA, CFP, CFA or other professional qualification will be an advantage
