- Brand & Content Creation: Design professional, brand-aligned content for all digital and print platforms. This includes developing and maintaining strong corporate branding across all visual touchpoints.
- Multimedia Strategy: Create and edit videos for social media, internal communications, cultural initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Digital Experience: Design and enhance company websites with a focus on user experience (UX).
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop creative marketing campaigns and content specifically for professional platforms like LinkedIn, as well as consumer channels like Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaboration: Collaborate internally to design presentations, infographics, and branded materials, ensuring all creative output reflects brand integrity and professionalism.
- Cultural Support: Support, develop, and promote internal and international cultural initiatives through art, content writing, and design.
- 3–5 years of design experience (Experience in the corporate, hospitality, or insurance industry is advantageous).
- Strong graphic design experience (Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Proven video creation and editing skills.
- Excellent content writing skills (Bilingual in Afrikaans & English is essential).
- Experience in corporate branding and campaign design. Experience in website design and UX (WordPress, Wix, or similar) is required.
- A creative detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Marketing.
