- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales
- FAIS-compliant: Short-Term Insurance Qualification, RE5, Class of Business (COB), and up-to-date CPD hours
- Proven track record of insurance sales success
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and generate leads through face-to-face appointments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
