Commercial Banking Specialist | Makhado
- Commercial Growth Leader: Drive commercial bank revenue by managing and cross-selling to an existing portfolio, and actively acquiring new-to-bank high-revenue commercial customers.
- High-Value Acquisition: Focus on attracting new commercial clients with an annual turnover between R30 million and R1 billion.
- Specialised Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients in critical industries like Agri, Franchise, Fintech, and Manufacturing.
- Financial Solutioning: Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis, recommend tailor-made solutions, and leverage expertise to support the digitisation of clients.
- Risk and Credit Management: Partner with credit managers to minimise impairment risk and prepare large, complex credit applications.
- 7–10 years of total relevant experience, including:
- Experience in Relationship Management within the financial sector.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Acquisition is essential.
- Experience in Agriculture is a distinct advantage.
- An Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree is essential.
- A BCom (Financial Management/Accounting) or BSc Agri is preferred.
- Strong capabilities in Sales Negotiation.
