Our client, a dynamic and innovative asset manager, is seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and Updates Policy Schedules for Clients:
- Regularly review and update policy schedules for clients. This involves ensuring that the policy details are accurate and up to date.
- Organize and upload insurance-related documents, including claims and other insurance paperwork, onto the company's H Drive and CRM being the systems we use.
- Support the creation and maintenance claim specifically short term, on medical aids the major issues and not day to day claims. Ensure that all data related to insurance claims is accurately recorded and maintained in an organized manner and then saved onto our system.
- Be responsible for handling customer interactions related to insurance claims and all new business or amendments. This includes issuing claim forms, acknowledging new claims, responding to client inquiries, and providing updates on the status of claims. Report new insurance claims to the relevant parties and set up digital claim folders to manage claim-related documents and information electronically, reducing paperwork.
- Assist in the process of enrolling new clients onto medical aid plans, ensuring that they have access to the necessary healthcare coverage.
- Request insurance quotes and prepare them for review by Anthony Cohen who will then advise clients on the most suitable insurance options.
- Completing client’s applications and documents.
- Send documents for clients to sign, using the PMX system takes a couple of minutes to load and finalise documents.
- This requirement implies that the individual should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, which typically include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sometimes Outlook. Proficiency in MS Office can be important for various tasks, including document creation, data analysis, and presentations.
- This requirement suggests that the individual should have experience and knowledge in the field of Retirement Annuities, particularly related to the process of submitting withdrawals.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
