Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Co-ordinate and manage office
- Client parking
- Client meeting venue preparation
- Scheduling monthly client meetings
- Client gifts
- Office equipment and stationary
- Answering office phone
- Arrange couriers
- General administration duties including scanning, printing and/or filing as required by the office
- Travel itinerary – booking flights and accommodation
- Diary management
Client administration:
- Pre-populate client agreements, account opening documentation and redemption forms.
- Ad hoc client requests and enquiries
- Client visa & passport applications
- Collection of client documentation
- Assisting High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate with Tertiary Education as an advantage
- Strong command of both verbal and written English
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
- At least 5 years working experience in a professional environment
- Excellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and Excel
- The ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s licence
- Previous experience as a personal assistant of financial administrator as an advantage
