Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile Head of Compliance and HR to join a fast-growing financial services company. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable professional with extensive experience across compliance, legal, and human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing HR processes, and overseeing legal documentation. A strong interest in crypto and fintech is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with external compliance advisors and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Conduct due diligence on service providers and manage risk assessments.
- Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with FSCA, SARB, FIC, and banking regulations.
- Support the CEO and CFO with compliance and HR-related strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Law or Finance
Experience:
- 5+ years in financial services, banking, fintech, or crypto
- Strong background in compliance, HR, and legal operations
Skills & Attributes:
- Legal expertise to handle in-house legal matters.
- Strong regulatory knowledge (FSCA, FIC, SARB, Banking).
- HR and operational management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and financial innovation.
