Job requirements:
- Call Centre Management experience
- Previously/currently managed a team of 15 – 25 agents
- Manage and coordinate training
- Exposure with setting sales targets
- Monitor the performance of the team and allocate work accordingly
- Compile reports on the team’s performance to senior managers
- Preferably inbound and outbound call centre experience
Minimum Requirements
- 120 Fais credits
- RE5
- RE1 (advantageous)
- Insurance-related degree
