- Promote and execute Equilibrium's mission and assist the Head of Distribution in achieving sales targets.
- Strengthen the DFM and Investment Consulting value proposition across various LISP platforms.
- Equip sales channels with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively position Equilibrium's offerings.
- Enhance Equilibrium's market presence using both traditional and innovative methods.
- Execute the distribution strategy to increase net inflows.
- Communicate the company's message, build relationships with distribution channels and financial advisors, and contribute to sales growth.
- Improve support for financial advisors by creating solution-oriented content, analyzing data to reinforce investment strategies, and facilitating portfolio transitions.
- Develop creative solutions to business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and increase model portfolio adoption rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing to organize events and campaigns that enhance the Equilibrium brand and assets.
- Represent Equilibrium at industry events, conferences, and investment panels.
- Analyze market trends to facilitate the integration of assets into Equilibrium solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Investments.
- CFP, CFA Level 1, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investment Distribution.
