Job Profile
Be a custodian of our client’s insurance brand. Create, execute, monitor, and communicate marketing and brand strategies that deliver on brand requirements. Communicate brand values and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Implement and manage the end-to-end communication strategy for the brand, staff, and customers. Report, monitor and analyze marketing and brand activities and maintain a keen interest in the growth and profitability of the overall business. Ensure a variety of communication strategies are implemented in collaboration with business and that all content maximizes company brand values.
General Education
Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential);
Undergraduate Degree in Brand Management or equivalent (Essential); Postgraduate qualification degree in Brand Management (Advantageous) Continuous learning through short courses in Brand Management (Advantageous)
General Experience
3 - 5 years Strategic Brand Management experience (Essential);
Agency experience (Advantageous);
Traditional and Digital Media experience in both buying, planning and strategy (Advantageous)
Managerial Experience
Managerial Experience
1 - 2 years’ experience of supervising and directing people
and other resources to achieve specific end results within
limited timeframes (Advantageous)
