Responsibilities:
- Short-Term Insurance Underwriting Administration and Claims Administration.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines products.
- Administration Role includes:
- Broker Assistant.
- Servicing new and existing clients.
- Policy maintenance.
- Annual Renewal Process.
- Claims Administration.
- Client Retention.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Researching insurance policies and products.
- Keeping detailed computer records.
- Undertaking general administrative duties.
- Marketing services.
- Matric.
- FAIS qualifications: RE05, NQF4, Class of Business for Categories 1.2 and 1.6.
- Must meet the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
- Qualified and experienced Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines administrator to service our existing client database.
- Minimum 3 years advice experience, within the Short-Term Insurance industry.
- Strong relationship building skills & able to service current client base.
- Proficient in administration and high level of attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to function well under pressure.
- Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Product Knowledge.
- The successful Candidate will be well-presented, well-spoken, a team player, and possess excellent organisation and communication skills.
